Dinner at Krazy Garlik, Greenbelt 5

Last Friday we ate at Krazy Garlik in Greenbelt 5.

The first time I saw this restaurant in Resorts World, I made a face. I was like, ‘Eew, garlic’.

You see, I’m not a big fan of spices. I’m not very adventurous when it comes to food. In fact, I enjoy bland food :P

But surprisingly, I enjoyed my dinner at Krazy Garlik.

The taste of garlic wasn’t as overbearing as I thought it would be. Granted though, you’d still want to take breath mints after your dinner, especially if you’re on a date :P

(Or better yet, gargle with a mouthwash, though I don’t know how you can suggest that to your date without coming off as insulting, LOL)

Krazy Garlik Menu

For our appetizers, we ordered the Creamy Garlic Fondue (sorry, no photo! We were hungry, hehe). It’s a simple appetizer made of garlic bread that you dip into a garlic and cheese dip. I recommend this dish! Very yummy. (It’s so yummy, we ordered it twice!)

We also shared an Amazing Krazy Garlik Salad.

For our main dish, we ordered the following:

Chinese-style Fried Rice.

Korean Beef Stew.

Crispy Pata.

Dining in Krazy Garlik is a bit expensive, though! (bordering on overpriced)

That night our group of 5 spent around P3,000 for just 2 appetizers, 2 dishes, rice, 2 shakes and 1 soda. That’s basically around P500-P700 per person. Most of their dishes are good for sharing, but the servings are not that big, to be honest.

We didn’t even get to order dessert.

But the food in Krazy Garlik is really good. If you’re looking for a new restaurant to try out and splurge on in Greenbelt 5, go try Krazy Garlik!
