But we can't avoid washing it every day if you go out and then there's the heat, sweat and pollution. If you shampoo everyday, try using organic shampoos para more gentle, or try diluting your regular shampoo in a plastic of water :) For conditioner, ok rin every day but use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove product build up :) Hope this helps!
