Even as I am reaching the dreaded 3-0, I still prefer girly things, like pink and Hello Kitty. So when I saw a Hello Kitty USB Charger at Strapya World, I knew I just had to get it!

I actually saw the item around a month ago. But when I found out that it was going to be shipped via Japanese Postal (EMS), I hesitated. The last time I had an item deliver from Strapya World, I had to claim it from our local post office and it was such a hassle!

But recently, I had my dad’s medicine shipped via EMS by a friend (Thanks, Ted!) and surprisingly, they delivered it straight to my parent’s doorstep.

I took that as a sign and the next thing you know, my package from Strapya World has arrived!

Gotta love EMS Japan. Your package will arrive at your doorstep in 2-3 days, guaranteed!

I couldn’t help my self from squealing in glee when I opened the package and saw this staring at me.

Pleasantly surprised that it is a genuine Sanrio product. I was thinking it might be made in China, or something.

I die from cuteness!

Works with any gadget as long as the charging cable has a USB end. Works with my Kindle and iPod Touch, too.

Finally, it has a proper home!

There’s enough space for the Instax Mini unit and probably a box or two of films.

I bought this pink Hamburger Bag from Polaroid PH for P750, exclusive of delivery fee.

It comes with a strap. I find the strap a bit flimsy though, but it will do :)

Zippered all around.

You can use it as a belt bag, too.

It fits the following Fuji Instax Cameras: Mini 7S / 20 / 25 / 50 / 55 and comes in Black, Pink, Dark Blue and Light Blue.

They have other bag designs (the leather ones are soooo nice, but so expensive!) and Instax Mini accessories as well.

So far this year, I’ve managed to buy two Hello Kitty items that I really don’t need.

My most recent one is this.

Wheeeee, Hello Kitty Pez!

I came across this ‘treasure’ last two Saturdays ago at the Total Gas Station in Alabang, on our way home from the PLDT myDSL’s the Awesome Hunt Awarding. (So if you’re a Hello Kitty collector, come on over to the south side of the metro! I hope they still have it on stock though)

They came in four designs. The price was only P100 ($2.50)

I ended up choosing this one because it has the same color scheme as my blog, haha! :) Pink, white and black.

I loved nibbling on Pez when I was a kid. Until now, I still have a sweet tooth for this candy.

Now I have the dilemma of whether I should open it or not. The Pez is just calling out to me, “Eat me, eat me.”

And look, I think it’s Strawberry-flavored, too. /pout

But that’s not to say that Crocs doesn’t have style. In fact, the new designs they recently came out with are pretty cute and fashionable.

Last week, I paid Crocs in Rustan’s, Alabang Town Center a visit. I’ve been wanting to get myself the Crocs Leigh Wedge. They look really nice in pictures so I wanted to see if they’re as nice in real life. And if the shoe fits, I was more than ready to buy them right then and there.

Crocs Leigh Wedge, P3,200. I can’t decide whether to get the pink one, or the white one. The aqua is actually kind of cute, too.

Unfortunately, Rustan’s ATC didn’t have it in stock yet. :(

So I looked around and tried the Carlie Flats instead.

They were cute and I didn’t mind buying them but I really wanted heeled shoes so I could practice walking in heels.

I looked around some more and also saw the McCall Kaleidoscope style.

Sigh. I visited the Sephora site today on a whim, and I felt myself getting all pouty and frustrated knowing I’ll probably find something I want and I won’t be able to get it as easily as I want to.

True enough, something on the Sephora site made me go “I WAAAAAAAAAAAAANT” in my head.

I’m really am a sucker for pink stuff. I have a complete set of make up brushes from Suesh already, coupled with some MAC brushes. I really don’t need anymore make up brushes but I just really want to buy these! *lust* And the silver Hello Kitty container is to die for!

I like how the brushes are white and have faded pink tips. Included in this brush set are the following pieces:

No, I’m not selling my Hello Kitty Instax Mini but Joni of Polaroid PH has graciously extended us an invite to bid on their limited stock of Hello Kitty Instax Mini cameras!

Bid starts at P8,800 and I must say, that’s a pretty good deal considering you’ll also receive 3 packs of Hello Kitty Mini Films and an Instax Mini Album, along with the Instax Camera package. Hopefully, the bids won’t get too high ;)

But remember, these are limited edition Instax Minis! *wiggles eyebrows* REALLY hard to come by, especially here in Manila.

Two (2) units are up for bid and the first auction will end on March 16, 2011. The second auction is from March 16-23, 2011.

Unfortunately, my hubby bought it in Taiwan when he went there for a business trip and to be honest, I really have no idea if it’s available here in Manila. You can, however, buy online and have it shipped if you’re *really* desperate.

But I’ve been researching and I’ve come across this local website that sells Fuji Instax Cameras and other Toy Film Cameras as well.

The website is the Lomo Loco Shop.

If you want an Instax Mini though, you can order from Instax Manila and Polaroid PH Lomo Loco Shop for the price of PHP4,000 and prices range from Php4,000 to Php7,000 depending on which model you get. The shop has it in Blue, Pink, Choco and White. You can also buy Instax Mini Films but I find them a bit pricey at PHP780 Php800 for a Twin Pack (2 packs of 10 films).

If I remember correctly, I bought my Instax Mini Films at 220NT (Php330) per pack in Taiwan. But THEN you’d have to go to Taiwan. Or if you know anyone from Taiwan, you can ask them to ship it here to Manila. It’s also available in Singapore. I remember seeing a couple of shops selling films in Sim Lim, though I wasn’t able to ask how much the films were.

But if you’re not going to Taiwan or Singapore any time soon, then PHP780 PHP800 seems reasonable enough if you factor in travel fare or shipping fee.

Aside from selling cameras, the website also sells films for Holga and Diana cameras.

I haz a new toy! Guess what it is! *points to the photo above*

Yay, you got that right, it’s the new limited edition Hello Kitty Instax Mini 25! I’m still giddy-happy so here I am posting about it! This awesome little gadget is given by the fiance. I personally think it’s a bribery of some sort. Maybe to make up for the sad, lonely nights he made me go thru when he was in Taiwan last week for a business trip, hehe.

Well, I won’t complain because I totally looooove it. I have an obsession with Polaroids and instant films. Don’t get me wrong, digital cameras are probably one of the best inventions of all time, but there’s just something really nostalgic with analog film photos!

Anyway, the Hello Kitty Instax Mini 25 package comes with the following:

• a white Hello Kitty Instax Mini camera
• 2 x Panasonic CR2 Lithium batteries
• a close-up lens for focusing from 35cm
• a manual (which unfortunately isn’t in English!) and a little booklet
• a sheet of Hello Kitty stickers
• and a red strap

I’m not sure if it came with any Instax Mini films. There wasn’t any included in the box, but the fiance bought me 2 boxes of 10s (I wish he bought more… hehe!)

I’ve used up 3 shots already and I’m saving the other shots when a special occasion comes up! Like what my sister said, “Make the shots count!”
