This is NOT cute. This is ANIMAL CRUELTY!

“Bagong Ligo si PUPPY” means “Puppy is newly bathed”, and the puppy’s owner literally hung the puppy on a clothes line to dry.

NOT FUNNY!

I cannot understand why NO ONE from his friends and family is violently reacting on this person’s profile! 😦

Someone has to save this puppy from this evil, EVIL PERSON!
