Coloud Review Part I: The Pop

I’m planning to give away some Coloud audio gear which Digits Tradings has generously provided me with, but before I do away with the giveaway, you guys have to read my reviews on Coloud first!

(Mwahahahaha!)

The first Coloud audio gear up for review is The Pop.

No frills packaging and easy to open. Love it.

The Pop has a retail price of P950.

Un-boxing!

The Pop comes with a sticker, the manual, warranty and extra earbuds in different sizes.

The earphones.

The Pop comes with a remote and mic so you can actually use this to answer calls your mobile phones, too

Coloud Logo held by the tangle-free cords.

The Zound Lasso. This pliable plug holds your cord in place when you aren’t using The Pop.

The Pop upclose.

The brand Coloud is known for it’s minimalist design. No frills,  just good quality sounds and an awesome audio experience.

What I like:

  • Available in many bright colours
  • The tangle-free wires

What I don’t like:

  • I don’t know if it’s just my ears, but the earphones tend to slip out. I don’t really recommend this earphone if you’re planning to use it while doing vigorous exercise or if you’re on the move.

What I think:

  • The sound quality of The Pop is pretty decent for its price of P950. I give clarity a 4/5 while the bass would be a 3/5.

If you’re looking for a gift idea for your exchange gifts and Monito-Monita this coming Christmas, this is a really good item to buy and I’m sure whoever will get your gift will be really happy with this!

Coloud is distributed by Digits Trading and available at the following retail stores:

  • Astrovision
  • Automatic Center
  • Avant
  • Beyond The Box
  • Bratpack
  • Buzz
  • Digital Hub

Hi Mary Ann, yes it is 🙂

  12. Based on the date of the first comment, this was first written 4 years ago. Well, I just bought one and have the same problem. I stumbled into this page while looking for solutions online. While I did not find anything really good, here’s something you might want to try (and everyone else who might get to stumble on this page too and be wise enough to read through the comments), I simply wore the right earpiece on my left ear and vice versa. No need to loop around your ears like what you can find on most youtube videos. Then again, maybe it’ll just work for my ear.
