Have you heard of sample boxes or subscription boxes? It’s the latest thing in cosmetics right now. It’s a pretty popular concept in the US, and it has finally reached the Philippine shores.
It works this way: you subscribe to a sample box and every month, you receive a box filled with 4-5 deluxe beauty samples.
This is a great way to discover and try out new products without spending so much.
The content of the box is a surprise, though. You won’t get to choose what products and brands will be included in the box.
So if you’re not into, let’s say hair care, and you get a box full of hair care products, well, that sucks for you, hehe!
I’ve heard of three Sample Boxes in the Philippine market now: there’s Salad Box (which I think promotes mostly local brands), Glamour Box (I’ve subscribed to this and can’t wait to get the first box this month)…
… and this, the BDJ Box.
Love, love, love the packaging.
This month’s theme is Parisian Pretty. You know how French girls have this effortless beauty about them? Minimal makeup, shiny hair. This box is all about that.
Inspirational stickers! Love the quote.
Wheee! Samples! SYOSS caught my eye with it’s “Pro-cellium Keratin”
SYOSS hair shampoo and conditioner, L’Oreal Total Repair for the Hair, L’Oreal Illuminating BB Cream, Yves Rocher Hydrating Cleansing Milk, L’Oreal RevitaLift and Garnier Multi-Action Scrub
So that’s what’s inside a BDJ Box!
This is actually the October BDJ Box, so I’m pretty intrigued what this (November) month’s box will contain. I hope they contain more makeup stuff like eye and lip stuff.
