Looking For an Online Food Delivery Service? Try Foodie.Ph!

There’s this new online food delivery service in town and being the online geek that I am, I just had to try it out.

(If I could do everything online – pay my bills, shop for clothes, buy grocery, etc – I would. Seriously.)

Say hello to Foodie.ph

Foodie-01

Like most online food delivery service, you first need to make an account and everything’s pretty much self-explanatory.

You log in with your account. You select your area. You then choose a restaurant and choose the food you want to order.

Then you check out, finalise your order and wait for a confirmation call.

Easy-peasy.

What I really like most about Foodie.ph is that the minimum order for most participating restaurants (well, the one I ordered from anyway) is P300 bucks.

The other online food delivery services I’ve tried had a minimum order of at least 1,000 so that’ll suck if you’re just ordering for one.

My Foodie.ph Experience

After going through the list of restaurants in my area, I decided to go with one of my favourite restaurants – California Pizza Kitchen!

I super love their salads and pizza so I ended up ordering their Classic Caesar Salad and a Mushroom Pepperoni Sausage Pizza on thin crust.

I ordered the food at around 5PM and had it scheduled to arrive at 730PM just in time for dinner.

Surprisingly, the food arrived 30 minutes earlier which was no problem at all 🙂

Our food came well-packed. The pizza in the box and my salad in a plastic container neatly wrapped in a brown paper bag.

Opening my salad, the salad is fresh as it can be! 🙂

The pizza is deliciously hot! Look at that melting cheese, nom nom!

Over all, my Foodie.ph experience was very satisfying!

I will definitely use Foodie.ph again and I can’t wait to order from the other available restaurants namely Chatime, Tropical Hut Hamburger, Wendy’s and Banapple Pie & Cheesecake!

I’m a bit sad that the list of restaurants for my area is pretty short, but I’m looking forward to seeing more restaurants be added to the Foodie.ph list in the future 🙂

And of course, to end this post, a selfie is definitely in order.
