If there’s one thing I’ve learned about fashion blogging, it’s that taking an OOTD at night outdoors is a bitch hard!
Unless you have an entourage following you around carrying photography lighting equipment, then taking OOTD outdoors at nighttime is close to impossible… well, for a photography newbie like me anyway.
So today, I attended a wedding at Nuvali, and BOY, was it cold there! It was so windy, too!

This gown was supposed to be my sister’s.
She sometimes buys gowns on a whim whenever one catches her eye because she attends numerous formal events through out the year. She never got to wear this particular gown, though, and ended up bequeathing it to me because she gained a little weight.
(Bwahaha! Yay for hand-me-downs!)
The reason why the title of this post is such – Third Time’s The Charm – is because I’ve worn this gown to three different weddings already.
(Yes, I’m not ashamed to recycle outfits, hehe!)
I’ve always wanted to do an OOTD with this gown because it’s a really, really nice gown!
(But I never really had the camera to take OOTDs with before…)
This gown is just so me – dainty and girly, plus the colour really goes well with my skin tone, surprisingly.
Just today, a random stranger came up to me just to say that she really liked this gown. So yeah, I guess third time’s the charm, hehe!

I really wish I could show you better detail photos of the dress and I apologise for the grainy, blurry photos.
Ah, well, now I know that I should always do OOTD shots when the sun is out.

Hope you folks are having a great weekend!
XOXO,
