Mr. Park’s Bread & Cake: A Quaint Korean Cafe

Yesterday was my mom’s birthday and to celebrate her day, we had lunch at Bono Tei and then went to Mr. Park’s Bread & Cake for dessert.

My sister, ordering our food and drinks.

As the title says, Mr. Park’s Bread and Cake is a quaint Korean cafe that serves different kinds of breads, cakes and pastries.

They have a huge selection! Let my photos do the talking.

The cakes cost around P500 bucks. Not bad!

Their cream puffs are really good!

When it comes to dessert, I’m a bread-pastry kind of girl. I loooove pastries and soft bread.

I can eat them forever. And when paired with coffee or tea, I’m definitely in dessert heaven.

I had a really hard time choosing which to get. I was torn between the Cheese Cream Bun and the Green Tea Melon Bread.

In the end, the Green Tea Melon bread won.

This is really yummy! It has a crunchy top crust which gives it a nice texture. The green tea flavor mixes really well with the melon flavor. I’m not sure what the middle filling is, but it looks like red bean and it just completes the whole experience.
Goes really well with their Green Tea Latte.

Mr. Park’s Bread & Cake is a small place which can fit around 10-12 people. If you’re looking for a cozy place to hang out in BF Paranaque, this is a really nice alternative to your usual Starbucks or Serenitea.

(I’m just not sure if they have free Wi-Fi, though.)

According to Foursquare, you should try their Fruit Patbingsu which is the Korean version of our halo-halo.

If you’re in the area and looking for a dessert place, try to drop by and see the place for yourself.
