Okay, so I don’t play Blood Strike (I‘m bad at battle royale games stress me out), but this new update they dropped? Sounds cool if battle royale games are your thing. So if you do play, or if you’re just curious what all the pew-pew noise is about, here’s the gamer tea.
The June patch just went live, and it brings a new Striker named Lucian. A bio-engineered experiment from a secret lab who looks like he belongs in a cyberpunk anime. He’s got pale skin, silver hair, intense eyes… you know the type.

(Wait a minute! He’s my type! Hello, Viktoru?)
His skills? One lets him teleport back to a totem when he gets downed (sneaky), and another pings enemies with echolocation. Basically: edgy, cool, mildly terrifying
Then there’s the M1887 shotgun, a fan-favorite cowboy gun with spinning reload action and a nice little one-shot KO. It’s now officially in the game and very much out for blood.
But here’s the part that made me raise an eyebrow: the Trinity of Deathfire mode. It’s a limited-time event where you can only use the M1887, the Kar98k, and the Magnum.
No fancy loadouts, just old-school gunfights. Get a killstreak and your armor buffs up. Die and it resets. If you’re top of the board, congrats! You’re now a “Bounty Target” and literally glowing for everyone to see.
(Also? A vintage cowboy-style filter gets slapped on you. Drama!)
Other updates include:
- More balanced weapon XP across game modes (yay for progression)
- EVO Squad Fight now has mid-match power grabs (hello, chaos)
- A new weapon mod system called BAS—starting with the M1887
If you’re the type who likes short match times, fast respawns, and minimal downtime (a.k.a. instant action with zero chill), this might be your jam.
It’s free on mobile and PC (Beta), and you can check it out here or peek at Lucian’s trailer if you’re just here for the hot characters. 👀
